How to use it

ZeroDiet therapy uses acupressure, which is similar to acupuncture but weight loss is achieved without piercing the skin. The two bio-magnets are to be applied directly to the left ear as illustrated. Separate the two magnets – you may find the easiest way to do this is to slide them apart. The magnets are of different size and shape. They should be positioned on the protuberance over the entrance to the ear canal – the smaller one with the hole in the centre on the outside and the larger of the two on the inside. Simply position them in such a way to ensure they cannot fall and in seconds the magnetic attraction to each other will position themselves correctly.

1. Apply the magnets 4 times a day for about half an hour at a time, far from mealtimes or in any event not when eating.

2. Apply the magnets 15 minutes before your main meals (lunch and dinner, and breakfast, if you usually eat a big breakfast) and keep them on for the duration of the meal and for up to 15 minutes after.

The two bio-magnets are of different shape, they are to be applied on the ear tragus that covers the entrance to the ear drum. The smaller bio-magnet with central hole is to be applied on the outer section while the larger one is to be applied inside.
